Tonya Pieske

Tonya Pieske, Development Director, brings eight years of nonprofit experience spanning operations, development, and executive leadership to the AMP team. As former Executive Director of ChickTech, she built a virtual youth STEM mentorship program from the ground up, centering gender equity for high school girls and nonbinary students. She has also served as a board member and pro bono consultant for various nonprofits, helping small, under-resourced teams create streamlined and automated systems to strengthen their operations. Her background in growing programs, cultivating community, and centering underserved youth aligns deeply with AMP's mission. Beyond her professional work, Tonya is a musician and audio producer with over twenty years of experience, and currently produces her own podcast centered on personal storytelling through a trauma-informed lens.
